DIRECTORATE OF ADMINISTRATION

  • Responsible for the formulation and implementation of all policies relating to Administrative and Personnel matters.
  • Liaises and advise on policy matters.
  • Arranges all meetings and serves as Secretary of Personnel Management Committee.
  • In-charge of staff discipline and all other personnel matters.
  • In-charge of office accommodation, furniture, equipment, vehicles and maintenance of same as well as all security matters of the Board.
  • Liaise with other Departments as the need arises.
  • Responsible for staff welfare.
  • Collaborate with other directorates to carry out duties for the smooth running of the Service.
  • Any other duties as shall be assigned by the Executive Chairman.
